Landen taking his suitcase to the bus.Each year the 8th graders at Landen's middle school go on a tour of Washington DC. This is his year! He left tonight in a caravan of 5 charter buses full of 8th graders. He is going to have SO much fun and I am so excited for him.

Leigh and I chaparoned Erin's trip two years ago. It was an absolute blast, but extremely tiring!
When I taught 8th grade, I always went on this trip! He's gonna have so much fun!!!
My nephew from the LA area is in DC right now with his school too..he's in 8th grade - must be an 8th grade thing...
